Paulina was born in Santiago in 1966, the eldest of Roberto and Gloria’s four children.  When she was 2 years old the family moved to Washington DC, where they lived for 10 years. They returned to Chile when she was 12 years old, and she always considered her bilingual education a very important element to her personal and professional development.

As a young girl, Paulina loved sports, and played volleyball for many years. Later on, a passionate interest in art led her to study architecture at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Once she completed her major, Roberto invited Paulina to join him in the company, and in 1992 she became responsible for Logistics and Foreign Trade. Since then, she has worked at Viña Echeverria as Logistics Manager, coordinating the customers’ requirements with the work in the warehouse in order to ensure timely delivery of wine orders to customers.

Pauline has two children and she remains a sports fanatic. In 2006, this enthusiasm led her to start training and participating in triathlons and marathons, and she has participated in several marathons in Chile and twice in the New York Marathon (2011 and 2015).

She has balanced and healthy lifestyle, which combines family, work and sports.
